• For a creamy onion sauce, simply heat a couple of tablespoons of the chutney in a small pan and stir in some crème fraîche- great with sausages.
• For a posh burger - add a couple of tablespoons of the relish to some minced beef, shape into burgers and grill.  Serve in brioche burger buns with rocket leaves and a little more chutney.
